Pța Parc, No. 5, Timiș county, Romania. The platform allows users to view the available ATVs, prices and rental packages, and to send booking requests.
Platform Usage
By using the platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when completing the booking form (name, phone)
- Be of the minimum age and, where applicable, possess the necessary driver's license category to operate an ATV
- Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Comply with safety instructions and staff guidance when collecting the equipment
Bookings
Booking requests submitted through the website DO NOT constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking becomes valid only after it has been confirmed by phone by our team.
- Displayed prices are indicative and may vary depending on the season, duration, and number of ATVs rented - the final price will be determined upon confirmation
- The platform does not process online payments - payment is made directly at the location, according to the instructions received during phone confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking request (e.g., unavailability, unfavorable weather conditions, lack of necessary documents)
- Cancellation or modification of a confirmed booking must be done by phone, as early as possible
Rental Conditions
Upon collecting the ATV, a valid identification document must be presented. The person operating the ATV must be of the minimum age and, if applicable, possess the driver's license category required by current legislation for public road/trail usage.
Protective Equipment
Protective equipment (helmet and, where applicable, other accessories) is provided according to the information on the Prices and Packages page. Helmet use is mandatory throughout the entire duration of ATV usage.
User Responsibility
Renting an ATV involves assuming the specific risks of off-road activities. By making a booking and collecting the equipment, the user declares that:
- Is physically fit to operate an ATV
- Will respect the indicated routes, traffic rules, and communicated safety instructions
- Is responsible for any damage caused to the ATV or third parties due to their own fault during the rental period
- Will not allow the ATV to be operated by other persons unauthorized by the operator
Additional details regarding warranty, potential damages, and specific conditions will be communicated at the time of booking/equipment collection.
Intellectual Property
The content of the platform (design, code, texts, photos, logo) belongs to the operator and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or distribution of the content without the operator's written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is," for informational purposes and to facilitate bookings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website. We are not liable for:
- Indirect losses resulting from the use of the platform
- Technical interruptions caused by third parties (hosting, internet)
- Injuries or damages resulting from the user's failure to comply with safety instructions
