- Location Editing — Overview
This page contains the complete form for adding or modifying a location. All information entered here appears on the public menu page, visible to customers who scan the QR code. It is important that the data is correct and up-to-date for a good customer experience. - Basic Information
The main fields of the location:
Location Name — displayed on the menu page and in the list of locations
Description — a short text about the location, displayed to customers
Location Type — restaurant, cafe, bar, etc.
Full Address — street, number, city, county
Phone and contact email
Website — if the location has its own website - Logo and Cover Image
You can upload two types of images for the location:
Logo — displayed in the corner of the menu page and in the list of locations; square format recommended
Cover Image (banner) — the background or presentation image displayed in the menu page header; landscape format recommended
Images can be replaced or deleted at any time from the same form. - Operating Hours
You can configure the location's operating hours for each day of the week. The schedule is displayed on the public menu page, so customers know when the location is open. Closed days can be marked separately.
If the location is closed when the page is accessed, visitors will be automatically notified of the next opening time. If the location reopens on the same day, the message will be displayed: "We open today at HH:MM". If there are no more available slots on the current day, the message will indicate the next day and time: "We open tomorrow at HH:MM" or, if several consecutive days are closed, "We open [day] at HH:MM". - Languages and Translations
The platform supports multilingual menus. From this section you can:
Set the default language of the location's menu
Add translations of the location's name and description in multiple languages (Romanian, English, German, Greek, etc.)
Automatic translation via AI — the "Translate automatically" button uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate translations in all configured languages, starting from the text entered in the primary language - Accepted Payment Methods
You can check the payment methods accepted by the location (cash, Visa card, Mastercard, Apple Pay, etc.). Icons of the selected methods appear on the menu page, informing customers before placing an order. Payment methods are also used as a search filter — customers can filter locations by their preferred payment method, so a correct configuration increases the location's visibility in filtered results. - GPS Location (Map)
The map position is automatically determined by Google based on the address entered in the fields above. If the detected position is not accurate, the manager can correct it by dragging the marker directly on the map with the mouse. Coordinates are automatically updated with any marker modification.
A correctly placed location on the map is used on the public venues page for the "Near me" button — customers can sort locations by proximity to their current position, so a correctly configured map increases the location's visibility for nearby customers. - Services Offered
This section allows activating or deactivating the types of services offered by the location, using simple switches (on/off). The settings are visible to customers and influence how they can place orders:
Dine-in Service — activated when customers can consume products directly at the venue (at the table)
Personal Pickup — activated when customers can pick up their takeaway order from the location
Delivery — activated when the location offers delivery to the customer's address
Location is online — controls whether the location is publicly visible on the platform; by deactivating this option, the location no longer appears in public lists
QR Active — activated when the location uses QR codes from tables; customers can scan the code and place online orders directly from the table - Company Details (Billing)
This section allows filling in the company's legal data, necessary for the correct issuance of invoices and tax documents:
Company Name — the full legal name of the company
Registered Office Address — the official address of the company, according to documents
Tax ID / VAT ID — the unique fiscal identification code
Trade Register No. — the registration number at the Trade Register
This data is automatically used for generating invoices for platform subscriptions and is not displayed to customers on the menu page. - Additional Settings
Currency — the currency in which prices are displayed (RON, EUR, USD, etc.)
Time Zone — important for the correct display of order times
Activate / Deactivate — a deactivated location is not accessible to customers via the QR code
