This payment policy applies to all subscriptions purchased on the QR Shop platform, available at https://foto-video.home.ro/qr-shop. By completing a payment, you accept the terms described below.

Prices and Billing
Subscription prices are displayed on the pricing page and include VAT where applicable. Billing is done in advance, at the beginning of each subscription period (monthly or annually). You will receive a proforma invoice immediately after registration and a fiscal invoice after payment confirmation.

Payment Methods
Payment is made by bank transfer based on the issued proforma invoice. Bank account details are specified on the invoice. Until payment is confirmed by the administrator, the account operates on the Free plan with full access to basic features. The chosen subscription becomes active immediately after payment confirmation.

Refund Policy
All payments made for QR Shop subscriptions are final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the refund request, including non-use of the service or voluntary cancellation of the subscription before the paid period expires.
Before any purchase, we recommend using the Free plan, which offers full access to all platform functionalities without any financial commitment, allowing for complete testing before making a decision.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted exclusively in the following situations:

Double billing — if you were billed twice for the same period due to a technical error

Service unavailable — if the platform was completely non-functional for more than 72 consecutive hours due to reasons attributable to the operator, and the issue was not resolved
Refund requests must be sent to contact@foto-video.home.ro within 14 days from the payment date, with proof of the exceptional situation.

Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by email to contact@foto-video.home.ro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid subscription period — no refunds are issued for the remaining period. Location data and settings remain available until the subscription expires.

Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Upon expiration of the paid period, you will be notified by email. If you do not make a new payment, the account will be downgraded to the Free plan, without data deletion. Order history and location settings are retained.

Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price change will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email and on the pricing page. Changes do not affect already active and paid subscriptions.

Disputes and Applicable Law
This payment policy is governed by Romanian law. In case of dispute, the parties will attempt an amicable resolution.
