QR Shop is a digital menu and online ordering platform, operated by Balas Cristian, located at str. Fagului nr. 11, Nădrag, Timiș county, Romania. The platform allows users to view menus, place orders, and interact with partner locations.
- Platform Usage
By using the platform, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration
Keep your account login credentials confidential
Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts
Not publish offensive, illegal, or third-party rights-infringing content
- Registration and Account
You can create an account using email and password or by authenticating with Google / Facebook. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
- Orders and Payments
Orders placed through the platform are transmitted directly to the partner location (restaurant, cafe, etc.)
Prices displayed are set by each partner location and may vary
The platform does not process online payments — payment is made directly at the location (cash or card, as applicable)
We are not responsible for the availability of products or the accuracy of prices displayed by locations
- Manager Accounts (Locations)
Users who register as location managers are responsible for:
Accuracy of information about the location, menu, and prices
Compliance with current legislation regarding the sale of products and services
Fulfilling orders received through the platform
Manager accounts are subject to prior approval by the platform administrators.
- Google and Facebook Authentication
If you choose to authenticate via Google or Facebook, you also accept the usage policies of these services. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party authentication services.
- Intellectual Property
The platform's content (design, code, texts, logos) belongs to the operator and is protected by copyright law. Content added by locations (product photos, descriptions) remains their property. Reproduction or distribution of content without the operator's written consent is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided „as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for:
Indirect losses or consequences of using the platform
The quality of products or services offered by partner locations
Technical interruptions caused by third parties (hosting, internet, OAuth services)
- Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the platform after the publication of modifications constitutes your acceptance.
- Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
