Tripe soup

My family's big eaters prefer tripe soup, generously enriched with sour cream, spicy, and garlicky, over any other soup. Though they also have a particular fondness for a good meatball soup or beef soup, not to mention the Transylvanian smoked meat soup. So, for a festive meal with all blood relatives, I chose to prepare this marvel, following a tripe soup recipe that perfectly suited our taste.
